Courteous staff. Pick up service has improved. I used this service a number of years ago with pick up on Ray Rd. It was early and dark. A vehicle approached with a driver wearing a hoodie. He did not get out if the vehicle, I am a senior, I did not know if this was my driver and certainly did nit approach tge vehicle. He left. I had to reschedule. I had stopped referring friends but will do so now again. Having customers leave lights on and having driver call ahead and tell me what vehicle he would be in and identify himself is an improvement. Hope all goes well for my return tomorrow. New office is much nicer too. My friend Lorie Ranson was there yesterday as a referral from me
