Amazing experience except at past appointments last Spring I was established as a military veteran in my chart and told I would get the 5 percent discount automatically ongoing with visits since now documented in chart. Yesterday I paid bill in full instead of the 50 percent down for crown. After leaving dental office I realized my discount wasn’t applied. Should have been $17. Total bill was $340.
